Our unique offer not only provides a coaching scheme but also upskills those who wish to become coaches. Offering training, ongoing support and access to resources to build their roles as peer coaches.

Using our model of support saves time, money and ensures a great service for coaches and clients. The model provides access to our secure online portal, providing the engine room for coaching with each coach having their own unique login.

Our model provides all round support for the day to day running of your local coaching service. This model is great if you don’t have a service locally but would like one and have low budgets, limited time to spend on a project start up or are unsure where to start. It’s also great for already running services who feel they’d benefit from additional support and a move away from managing the service in house. It provides access to everything to get you up and running using our tried and tested model of support.

You can bespoke the package to include any of the following items:

  • Access to full policies and processes including handbooks for coaches and clients.
  • Centralised call and email handling for clients and coaches.
  • Access to GP-S two day initial training and assessment course for coaches at additional cost.
  • Built in support from the support team including regular meetings to assist with launches, marketing, coach support and statistics.
  • Access to additional CPD and peer support sessions for coaches to enable them to develop at additional cost.
  • Access to additional support if required.

You can also have full access to your own local site on our secure online portal which can:

  • Enable each user to have their own secure login and no one can see what they don’t need to including client information.
  • Track client progress and adding in coaching sessions.
  • Track coach feedback and learning needs.
  • Track client feedback.
  • Track demographic and statistical information about your service.
  • Raise and track invoices for coach time if required.
  • Store and update coach availability.
  • Store important documents which can be sent to clients directly or be of use to coaches.
